Clarity

Had the chance to have my first session with a new client yesterday and it was amazing. Now that I have had a chance to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential and inspire that change with passion, it always starts the same way. Who are you and where are you going.

Most organizations have been blessed and have grown, added employees, sold more product and increased sales but it was not really intentional. There was never a real clear plan or any goals that helped drive business and decisions. They are now experiencing frustrations, long days, challenging employee relationships, a little confusion, lack of communication and it seems no one is accountable. If this sounds familiar let me suggest 2 things you need to spend some time unpacking.

  1. Who are you and why are you in business? It will take some time to unpack, from your heart, why you started your company. What was the service you wanted to provide and what was the experience you wanted for your customer.
  2. Where are you going? How much money do you want to make? How big do you want to get? How many employees? What are your goals for the next 1,3,5,10 years? Take some time to look out into the future and make some decisions about where you want to go.

Clarity. You need and you are just treading water and working hard without it.
