It’s not about pay back but about bring back!
Great sermon today Brad. It’s not about pay back but about bring back! I think the thought was dead on the money. I know I have looked at circumstances and often thought this must be the payback for the wrong I did the other day. This must be what I’m reaping from the not so good stuff I was planting. But, did we ever stop to realize that this uncomfortable situation might just the vehicle we were placed in to carry us to the next place we need to go on our journey.
God sent an uber to pick up Jonah in the shape of a fish. It took him from out in the ocean and from drowning to shore so that he could get to Nineveh which was the next stop on his journey!
So next time we want to complain about this terrible mess we are in and this horrible crises we find ourselves in we might want to stop and take a fresh look. Try a new perspective. Check our paradigm of what we think is going on and maybe see if this tough spot might actually be our vehicle to the next place we need to get to in our life.
