Innovation. Quantification. Orchestration. Michael Gerber
Great observation from Michael Gerber. (E-Myth Revisited)
What we do as leaders and company owners is relatively simple to understand and amazingly difficult to execute. In E-myth Revisited Michael Gerber shares the three fundamentals of all organizations.
Innovation: We all create a product, provide a service or manage an experience that creates the opportunity to solve a problem or provide a service or product that is needed. Through this process we generate income to run the business.
Quantification: Measuring all aspects of what we do to confirm we are providing a good product or service and that we are profitable.
Orchestration: We then create systems and processes to allow us to deliver this product or service at a level of excellent customer service and efficient profitability.
Generally speaking most organizations are good at one of these areas. Pretty good at the second and not very good at the third area. Take a few minutes in the next week to look at your journey. Are you creating an amazing product or service? Are you consistently measuring how you are doing and adjusting as needed? Do you have great systems and processes that are allowing your team to function at a very high level and if not, are you reviewing and adjusting as needed to continuously improve?
You can do this. If you need some help or insight on how to create the ultimate journey, let me know. Would love to chat.
You got this!!
