We will do any what, if the why is big enough!
I think clarity may be the number one issue facing companies, churches and people. We have not taken the time to look at where we are and where we want to go. If we don’t know where we are going it is super hard to explain why we need to be doing the “what” we are working on or that “what” we are asking them to do.
If I’m clear on where we are going and I know why what I’m doing is contributing to the journey to help us get there then I’m much more focused on doing the “what” with more intensity and passion.
Let’s spend some time knowing where we are going so we can explain the why!
We will do any what, if the why is big enough!

Our company has been working on our “WHY”. It is a work in process but it appears to be centering on “enriching lives” of all we serve. our agents, our builders, our buyers and sellers. We are feeling strongly that is our WHY. Focusing on that hopefully with help direct all of our decisions.
Thanks Bobby for the reminder.

Agree, also clarity on where we are going and why will be helpful
