Changes

”The differences between where we are and where we want to be is created by the changes we are willing to make in our lives” Stephen Covey

As we start a new year and a new decade have you spent some time reflecting on 2019 and what went great and what was not so great. Have you spent a few minutes thinking about where you are and where you would like to be? If not, put on your task list and on your calendar to carve out 3 or 4 hours and take a Clarity Break. Spend some time looking back, looking at today and thinking about 2020 and beyond. You need clarity on where you want to go or you will just be doing the same thing and expecting different results. Sounds like insanity.

Covey reminds us that deciding to change is the catalyst for growth and a different reality and future. What are some areas you need to change? Relationships. Career. Finances. Fun. Vacations. Growth. Seminars. Forgiveness. Love. Friends. Make a list our areas where you want to improve, grow, expand and move forward and then write down the next 5 steps you need to take in each area and decide when you will do each of these steps. Reminder, without a vision we perish. In other words, if we don’t know where we are going or where we want to go we are dead. Just treading water.
