We help identify the metrics you need to monitor your results or lack of results as well as creating the processes for accountability, urgency and communication.
Coaching and Consultant
At Choice Consulting we also coach, train and teach your owners and leadership team members on managing and empowering their teams to create maximum results with improved communication, accountability, ownership and urgency. Through consistent one on one sessions we help take the owners, manager and leaders to their next level of impact. We meet and spend time learning about and evaluating the organizations and then we agree on a plan to take us from where we are to our desired results and we begin to partner with the team to put those plans into action.
Church Coach and Consultant
At Choice Consulting we also partner with Churches and pastors to help them maximize their impact in their communities and areas of ministry. After meeting with the pastor and core leaders we help them clarify and navigate the next steps in their growth goals. We offer a 2 year program that walks them through the process of who we are, who we are trying to reach, how do we maximize our impact and we help them set up teams, systems and processes to more than double their ministry impact in 24 months.
Teaching and Training
At Choice Consulting we believe that knowledge is power so we offer teaching and training. Whether it is for you as an individual owner, leader or manager or it is team training for a department or division, we believe training can begin to separate you from your peers and your competition. We offer a wide range of topics and can write a new training curriculum for you or adjust a current session we offer to meet your needs.
About Bobby Mink
Bobby has been in business management for over 20 years. Over those 20 years, he has had the opportunity to manage multiple types of locations, all types and levels of staffing as well as managing sales and marketing, from Project Manager and General Manager to Vice President of Operations and Development as well as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operations Officer.
He has had the opportunity to manage and grow several start up opportunities and put in place the systems and processes to create and grow culture, hire staffing, set up offices and set up all departments needed for those start up opportunities.
Recently, he has had the opportunity to coach business owners on how to grow their company, set up and streamline processes, and to increase profitability and customer service by putting in place good, fundamental proven business principals that help the owner and company to reach the goals they have set for themselves and their company or church. Bobby is currently President of Choice Consulting.
Bobby is a "Train the Trainer" for the National Association of Home Builders which allows him to teach classes for the NAHB like Scheduling, Quality Construction, Sales and Marketing for builders and others. Along with being an international speaker and coach, Bobby is a certified John Maxwell Team Member and National Instructor for Realtor Land Institute with a focus on Land Development and Land Real Estate. Bobby is a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) as well as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Marketing Professional (CMP), Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and Graduate Master Builder (GMB).
