Bobby Mink

With over 20 years in business management across multiple locations, industries, and staffing levels, Bobby Mink has seen it all — and coached through most of it. His career has spanned roles as Project Manager, General Manager, VP of Operations, VP of Sales & Marketing, and COO, giving him a 360-degree view of what makes organizations thrive and what causes them to stall.

Bobby's consulting approach is built around a core truth: every challenge in your business is ultimately a people problem. Strategy without culture collapses. Vision without clarity evaporates. His work focuses on helping leaders cut through complexity and align their teams around what matters most.
