In all your ways, acknowledge. Acknowledge that you are not enough. Acknowledge that you can accomplish more with others. Acknowledge that there may be a better way. Recognize that your understanding may be limited. Acknowledge, you don’t know it all and empower your team to help guide the way or make adjustments.
Try to move more toward Trust. Not so much in fear and doubt. Empower with guardrails. Let them try. Let them own. Challenge them. Try measuring with accountability. It will be difficult but the results can be amazing!
