Interesting thought from Chris Tiegreen. You begin to realize the power of teamwork. Working together. Having “Clarity” (my new book) on what we are doing and why. When we all understand where we are going and why, we then understand what I am contributing to the journey and it begins to influence our actions. The “Nearness” of working together with one mind and a cohesive focus start to create this cultural rhythm that is very powerful. This “synergy” can really create the “fly wheel” effect that begins to propel us forward at an increasing pace. Pretty exciting stuff!
The difficulty is creating the vehicle of clarity and teamwork that encourages everyone to work together. Low fear, High trust. Low directing, High trust and empowerment. Low critical comments, High praise and encouragement. If you can move toward these guardrails of alignment in mission, purpose and trust, the sky is the limit!
