So often the problem is on the system, not on the people. If you put good people in bad systems, you get bad results. You have to water the flowers you want to grow

I have heard it said that 80% plus of poor performance is not caused by bad people but by poor systems and processes. So, for those of us in leadership or management it creates a need to produce effective and efficient processes for our teams and our people. When our team is unsure or unclear about what they are doing, how to do things and why they are doing things we lose performance and we lose their buy in.
We need clarity so we can get buy in and maximum performance which will create consistency which will allow us to move toward improvement!
