Not true! I can out exercise a bad diet!

Always look at serving size on the label, Mtn Dew, 20 teaspoons of sugar per bottle. Almost half the bottle is sugar

body cleaned out

Do not fear fat, we need fat in our diet

3. Unsweet tea made at home, or use truvia sweetener, in coffee, oatmeal, cereal, etc.  stevia sweetener, also green or dark teas, you can use organic natural honey sparingly as a sweetener

4. Spark, Advocare. Vitamins, caffeine and no sugar

Fat free yogurt has 26 grams of sugar. Try greek yogurt, try fage brand

Recipe
Fage Yogurt, add chocolate protein mix,  one spoon/ packet of truvia, add your own fruit

Whey protein powder, need a gram of protein per pound of body weight, per day

Recipe
Oatmeal, all natural, add protein powder, truvia, peanut  butter
