John shared the 5 questions we should ask as leaders when we are dealing with a crisis.

- What do I do?
We know as leaders that shrinking back, wringing our hands in fear and worrying are not going to change anything. We need to assess where we are, where we need to go and begin working on a plan and strategy to start moving forward even if it is a whole new paradigm that we are unsure about.
