I’m not sure we ever realized the power of our choices. Choices determine direction. Choices impact our strategy. Choices impact our marriage and kids. Attitude is our choice. Response to a difficult situation is our choice. Forgiving is our choice. Blame is our choice. Pity is our choice. Our choices impact our impact. If we want to achieve and maximize our gifts, talents and passions we need to be intentional about the choices we make.
If you find yourself in a challenging situation because of some poor choices you have made in the past, (Even the recent past) take hope, today is a new day. Today is the blank canvas you get to write on. Let’s spend a few minutes unpacking the poor decision, learn from it, and write down the next 3 to 5 steps we need to take to begin to change our paradigm. To begin to change our current reality. If we get it out of our heart and mind and on paper or the white board then we can see it and begin to impact it.
You got this. Today is a new day. Today is the day for new choices. Today is the day for new possibilities. You can do this! Let’s begin to to write your powerful, new story today!!

As I read this I think of our human right that God has Granted us, “Free will”, we have always had our freedom of choice in all we do and the choices we make are either riddled with disasterous consequences on down the line and sometimes immediately. The pressures of our everyday from our past choices cam and do cloud our judgement and sometimes dim our perspective so that each choice becomes a challenge.
Take the time to to contemplate your choices to reasonably conclde the choice you make is the best choice you could make. Sometimes consultation with other elders in your world can give clarity in the direction and path you intend. Dont allow the poor choices to form and forge side roads that create circumstances making you find different vehicals to manuever the unexpected terrain that will inevitably enable you to get back on path!
