Do we really believe we can do all things? Do we realize that tons of things over the last several hundred years were labeled as impossible. Let’s just throw out a few. A round world, electricity, running water, indoor heating and cooling, automobiles, microwaves, refrigerators, phones, cell phones, computers, electric cars, holograms. Yep, Yoda standing in front of you but not really there. People are now doing the same thing. So what am I saying? Faith is the firm foundation under everything that makes life worth living.
We can do anything if we believe. The challenge we have is unbelief! The challenge we have is fear. I heard a statistic that over 95% of what we fear never happens. You realize that we are the ones that run the movie in our mind of all the terrible things that might happen. Most of the movies in our mind always seem to be worst case scenario. We begin to think this movie in our mind is real. This stuff will happen. We make that choice. We decide to not try! Being laughed at, failing, kicked off the team, ridiculed, messing things up. Guess what, most of the times these are not things that actually happen. You can absolutely do anything you put your mind to if you work hard, commit, stay the course be persistent. So have a little faith!
