GCF Great Church Fundamentals Part 1

One of the great pleasures I have as a National Certified Church Growth Coach and Consultant is to work with pastors and core church leadership teams to help them achieve their full potential and inspire that change with passion.

One of my recent church clients shared the impact of their growth journey from 2019 this week.

Grew from 80 in attendance per Sunday to 150 in attendance in December. 80 salvations and 3-4 first time guest families per week. The pastor shared that his worship and production team tripled. His children’s ministry team has doubled and they are looking at doing 2 services on Easter and continuing with 2 services the rest of this year.

Great Church Fundamentals, GCF, is a process of church growth based on Ephesians 4:11 where we as leaders are called to equip the saints to do the work of ministry.

Tip One: Vision and Mission. What are you called to do in your area and what drives that vision. You must have clarity to make the biggest impact in your community before you can take the next steps of growth!

Example: Mountain West Church Mission – As long as there is one more person who needs the love of Christ our mission is not complete.

Mount West Church Vision – 10 campuses – 10,000 seats – 15,000 people

Mountain West Church Purpose – Inviting the lost to join us as we follow Jesus
