In GCF part I we covered the first step in impact and growth is vision and mission. What are we called to do in our community and what is the biggest impact we can make in our community? We answer those questions by understanding who we are and what we are called to do.
GCF part II introduces the impact of our people on our mission and vision. Ephesians 4:11-15 calls the leaders to share our journey and what we have learned about our gifts and passions to the people around us to begin to equip the saints for the work of ministry. Find out what people love and are excited about and create a place to serve through that passion and watch the amazing impact they begin to make on those around them, the church and the community.
So, one process that really works well is to break what happens at church every week down into teams.

Once we have created our teams we begin to connect our people to the areas they are passionate about. Give it a shot. Take baby steps and watch what God will begins to do through your people, church and in your community.
