Great line that I heard recently. It takes all of us. If you really want to maximize your journey and impact, it will always be WE. We are all different and that is a great thing. To get the best plan, the best strategy, the best results we need different view points on the issue or opportunity. You need someone that thinks operations and logistics. You need someone that things finance and bottom line. You need someone that thinks about the people and the relationships. You need someone that thinks about sales and marketing. It take us all to get the best results!
Not only do I need your relationship, I need your work. Your function. Your talent. Your gifting.
Another great statement I heard recently. Key word is need. Do we really think we are more important? Do we really think our suggestions is always the best? Do we really think we can get it all done by ourselves? No! We need each other. we need your insight, your job, your input, your talent, your passion. If you really want to crush it. If you really want to maximize your impact, results, profitability, customer satisfaction, then lean really hard on WE. Empower WE. Listen to WE. Celebrate WE. Challenge WE.
John Maxwell says that One is never big enough to maximize the impact. Let’s take the challenge in 2022 to ask WE to join us. To help us grow. To help us with new systems, new products, new processes. It could be the greatest year you have ever had.
