A great leadership quote states, “They don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” I don’t think I ever realized this actually came from Proverbs.
People need to see your heart. They need to see your actions and that those actions are matching the words coming out of your mouth and that your body language is speaking those same convictions. If you want your teammates to perform at their peak, they need to see more than just words!
