Are you perfectly clear about where your department is going? How about your company? Your family? You personally? Without clarity our journey is dead. We keep showing up, working hard, doing task and expecting great results but we don’t know where we are going. We are doing stuff, we are in motion but making no progress. Why? Because we don’t know where we are going. It is time for a change.
Tenzin reminds us that we need to get quiet, find a quiet place, find some time to think and process our journey and get some direction and clarity for our journey. Without a vision we die. Our journey is ineffective and frustrating.
Take sone time this week and get quiet and get focused, get some clarity. You are on this earth for a short while and you have a place on this earth to use your gifts, your passions, your experiences to impact your sphere of influence and make a difference. Take some time this week and think about where you would like to go. Talk to some people you trust to give you some insight and encouragement and name a decision to chase your dream with everything that is in you!
