Great leadership thought. We know that annual review or if you are really good that quarterly review where we tend to focus on areas of struggle and areas that need improvement. Proverbs reminds us that is good but, Great Leaders and managers express their approval as well!
I have a prompt that randomly pops up on my computer that reminds me, Focus on the 90% good not just the 10% bad. In other words, try to catch people doing things well, going the extra mile, doing something right. Celebrate those things more often and see what kind of impact you can have. I bet you will see more of those good behaviors more often.
