We will do any WHAT, if the WHY is big enough!
I think clarity may be the number one issue facing companies, churches and individuals. We have not taken the time to look at where we are and where we want to go. If we don’t know where we are going it is super hard to explain why we need to be doing the “WHAT” we are working on. Our team need understand “WHY” they are doing “WHAT” we are asking them to do.
If I’m clear on where we are going and I know why what I’m doing is contributing to the journey to help us get there, then I’m much more focused on doing the “what” with more intensity and passion.
Let’s spend some time this next week discovering “WHERE” we are going so we can explain the “WHY” so everyone knows the impact their “WHAT” is making. Are you clear on what you want it to look like in 10 years? 5 years? 3 years? Next year? Next month?
