You don’t like what you are receiving, look at what you are sowing!
Great thought! Do you find yourself ever asking yourself why do the good things always happen to them. It seems like that kind of stuff rarely comes my way. Did you ever stop to examine what you are dishing out?
We understand the farmers knows that 100% of the time the seeds that you plant produce that type of plant. Every Time! Plant corn seeds, get corn. Plant grass seed, get grass. Plant acorns and get oak trees. So maybe we should spend a few minutes and look at what kind of seeds we are planting everyday! Of course you need to know what you want to grow. What you are trying to produce. If you don’t know what you are trying to produce then you will not know what kind of seeds to plant. The Golden Rule reminds us to “Do unto others as we would have them Do unto you.” So, what kind of results are you getting? What kind of responses are you getting? Probably need to check your seeds.
Are you planting Clarity seeds? Are you planting dictator seeds? Are you planting encouraging seeds? Are you planting fear seeds? Are you planting empowering seeds? Are you planting restrictive seeds? Are you planting ownership seeds? Are you planting dependency seeds? Are you planting accountability seeds? Are you planting blame seeds? You will and are, reaping what you are sewing!
Personally what kind of seeds are you planting for your life, your future, your finances, your relationships and your career. Same question for your team, department, company, your marriage, your kids, your partnerships, for everything.
If you want great things out of your life, out of your finances, out of your marriage, with your kids, out of your career, out of your department, out of your company, you have to plant some great seeds! You got this! You may need to spend the next few weeks digging up some old plants. Digging up some old seeds. Some old ways. Some old behaviors. Once that is done let’s go! Let’s start planting new seeds. Let’s start a new journey. A new culture. A new and improved future reaping much better results from much better seeds!!
